the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the pool, though a bit small, was nice. the breakfast was very good with a large variety of food and spacious seating. the hotel's environmental consciousness, with reusable glass water bottles and recycled tissues, was a big plus. the staff, especially ayesha, peter, and ashwin, were extremely friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. the location, just 5 minutes from the underground, was perfect.

super comfy beds - modern and stylish vibe - great views - close to metro for easy access - variety of tasty food - very helpful staff especially Yvonne and Asanka who were lifesavers in planning trips.

The family suite was spacious, with 2 sets of bathrooms and a lovely view. Free daily shuttle bus with AC provided. Convenient location near metro stations.
Felt fine, no complaints at all.

My stay at Tryp was fantastic, thanks to the kind and helpful staff, especially Asanka, the concierge. As someone who enjoys karaoke and casinos, I had a great time at the hotel. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the on-site car park was convenient, and the 24-hour reception and room service made my stay hassle-free. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were a bonus, and the laundry service was convenient. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and refrigerator, and the central location was perfect for exploring Dubai.
The staff in the restaurant weren't wearing uniforms, which could have led to confusion.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the metro station. However, the pool area was a bit overcrowded, and the pool was shallow, making swimming difficult. We also received a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking room, which was quite uncomfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.
